Grigor and Marina Demirchyan are husband and wife corporate accountants. Their client hired them as accountants and financial advisers, but instead of working with their client and helping him, they began defrauding him.

In fact, in 2018, a California jury awarded their client approximately $52 million in damages. The reason? Grigor and Marina Demirchyan breached their fiduciary duties to, and defrauded their client. Grigor and Marina Demirchyan are natural born fraudsters, who set out to take advantage of their client and defraud him.

They advised their client that because he was not yet a U.S. citizen, it would be in their best interests if they made Grigor Demirchyan the sole owner of the company. They claimed they were experts in U.S. business law and that this would be the best move to make for the company.

They “fraudulently disrupted the money belonging to” their client and defrauded him. They abused their position as accountants and financial adviser and cheated their client out of money.

The California jury that deliberated in the case made their decision within four hours. They were clear that Grigor and Marina Demirchyan defrauded their client. Instead of looking out for his best interests, they made false claims and purposefully hurt him. That’s definitely not how corporate accounts and financial advisers should act. They should help and protect their clients instead of cheating them.
